1/ No AI, No Job: Leaders Demand New Skills
The 2024 Work Trend Index Annual Report from Microsoft and LinkedIn reveals the transformative impact of AI skills on employment.
No AI Skills? You Might Not Get Hired. AI skills are rapidly becoming a non-negotiable requirement in the job market.

2/ The AI Personal Computers by Microsoft
Last week, Microsoft announced Copilot+ PCs, which will change how we use computers and AI. These devices are equipped with Neural Processing Units (NPUs), which enable the execution of complex AI tasks on the device itself. This means tasks traditionally performed in the cloud can now be done on the device bringing major benefits, including, better privacy, improved performance, reduced latency, energy efficiency, and offline capabilities.
A highlight of these new Copilot+PCs is the AI-powered Recall function. Recall creates a searchable database of all screen content, allowing users to perform semantic searches over their entire screen history. This feature continuously takes and processes screenshots of what you are seeing, enabling quick retrieval of specific content using natural language or by scrolling back through time. With local processing, data security is maintained. As Satya Nadella, Microsoft's CEO, explains, “Computers that understand us, instead of us having to understand them,” are now within reach.

3/ I Made a Great Song in Seconds with AI
From musician to AI composer—Suno made my latest song project the easiest and most impressive! The song is about my Newsletter :) You can listen to it by clicking play above.
Suno, which just raised $125 million to become the "ChatGPT of music creation," is making it super easy and fun to create your own tunes. Whether you're a musician or just love music, AI tools like Suno open up a whole new world of creativity to everyone. With Suno and other options like Udio, you can compose, experiment, and enjoy music in ways you never imagined. Check out my song above and then give it a try yourself at Suno and Udio. It's fun!
4/ AI Productivity Tip: Create Interactive Charts with ChatGPT
There a new feature on ChatGPT to quickly make sense of your data:
Select GPT-4o: Go to ChatGPT and choose the GPT-4o model.
Upload Your Data: Upload your data file directly to ChatGPT.
Explore and Visualize: Click the expand button to explore your data, then prompt ChatGPT to create a chart.
For example, I uploaded a spreadsheet of top Marvel movies and asked, “Create a chart to display the top 5 movies by Gross Revenue.” (Spoiler alert: Avengers Endgame is the biggest!). You can interact with and edit the chart within ChatGPT by clicking the edit button in the top right corner. This makes turning raw data into interactive visualizations easy and efficient. Give it a try!
5/ GenAI in Real Estate a $180 Billion Opportunity
The McKinsey report highlights that the potential value generated by generative AI in real estate could range from $110 billion to $180 billion, provided the industry adapts to these technological advancements. Generative AI is poised to revolutionize the real estate sector by making processes more efficient, personalized, and data-driven.
For example, AI can enhance customer interactions by automating routine communications and managing maintenance requests. This frees up agents to focus on high-value tasks while ensuring clients receive timely and personalized responses. By leveraging generative AI, real estate firms can improve operational efficiency and provide superior customer experiences. This technology enables agents and brokers to harness data-driven insights, streamline processes, and ultimately drive higher customer satisfaction and loyalty.
